Space-saving variant
The
System
Low-noise shredder with two slowly counter-rotating hexagonal
shafts, with individually exchangeable cutting discs. Compact
design by the motor being built in upright. Robust welded construction,
low energy demand. Idling noise level in 1 m distance approx.
61 dB (A).
The AZ 7 combines high drive performance
with a comparably small floor space of 75 x 74 cm.
Optional special hoppers in various
forms and several stands (e.g. for 1,100 litre containers)
offer an extremely flexible system for low to medium throughput.
Electric
System
The control for the three-phase motor is
equipped with an automatic , overload-dependent automatic reverse
control.
Throughput example
The shredder reduces 2-4 cubic meters of mixed waste per hour
(equipped with standard cutting disc).
