Robust 4-shaft shredder
The
System
Low-noise shredder with four slowly counter-rotating and toothed
shafts, with individually exchangeable feeding and cutting discs.
Compact construction, robust welded design, low energy demand.
Design able to cope with heavy workload, with 4 cuttershafts
and two geared motors with 15 or 22 kW each, and cutting discs
with a thickness of 31 mm.
Various special hoppers and base units available.
Electric
System
The control cabinet for the two three-phase geared motors is
equipped with two separate overload-dependent automatic reverse
controls which operate independently from each other.
Throughput example
The shredder reduces 15-18 cubic meters of mixed waste per hour
(equipped with standard cutting disc).
