The
System
Low-noise shredder with four slowly counter-rotating hexagonal
shafts, with individually exchangeable feeding and cutting discs.
Compact construction, robust welded design, low energy demand.
Idling noise level in 1 m distance approx. 67 dB (A).
This shredder has 4 shafts and two motors with 7.5 or
11 kW each.
Hoppers in various forms and various base units (e.g. for
1,100 litre containers) are optionally available.
Electric
System
The control cabinet for the two three-phase geared motors is
equipped with two separate overload-dependent automatic reverse
controls which operate independently from each other.
Throughput example
The shredder reduces 3-6 cubic meters of mixed waste per hour
(equipped with standard cutting disc).
